A new project just kicked off with its research and special observation around the existing wonderful team of caretakers. These moments of beginning, when we join the people InSitu (literally, on the site) for few visits and open chats; These are the magic moments of sparks. It is now, that we are introduced to the live culture of the project – During this stage, we discover the Needs and also the Desires – and can really connect to the people to consider their perspective in this process.
